Admission Procedure
Stage 1 - Make an application to TCMIT
Interested applicants needs to go through the college brochure.
The application form can also be obtained from the college or can be downloaded from the TCMIT website, http://www.tcmit.org.uk/download/16_2009_TCMIT_App_form.pdf
Make sure that your application form is properly filled up, and all of your personal details are correctly filled, you need to submit such documents to getting enrol in TCMIT as below:
- 2 recent passport size photographs
- An attested copy of your passport OR Identity card
- Attested copies of all relevant qualifications
- A transcript (in English) giving full details of subjects studied and grades obtained
- English language proficiency results where available
- Additional information and valid passport/visa where requested
- Proof of work experience (if applicable)
- The registration fee - see payment methods
Please note that an incorrect or invalid application will result in the process being delayed therefore read and complete the application form carefully.
Stage 2 - Acceptance in Principle / Unconditional offer
Once we receive your valid application and payment of the registration fee you will be sent a letter confirming your \'Acceptance in Principle\' for the course applied for.
Stage 3 - Payment of course fees
Before your place at the college is confirmed you must pay the course fees and any other fees due to the college - See \'Payment Methods\'
Stage 4 – Course Offer/Enrolment letters
Upon receipt of the fees the college will issue you with the following letters:
- Conditional Offer letter (a Conditional Offer requires you to fulfill the academic entry criteria before acceptance onto the course.)
- Confirmation of Enrolment letter *
- Receipt/Invoice for fees paid
- Course Description
* Students requiring a visa should apply for the visa after receiving this letter. See Visa Applications
Stage 5 - Arrival at TCMIT College
Please bring along the following as soon as possible and at least 2 working days before the course starts:
- Confirmation of Enrolment letter / Offer letter
- Two passport sized photograph
- Your original passport
- Proof of your current UK address

Payment methods:
Payment must be in British Pounds (Sterling) payable to \'Trinity College of Management & IT Ltd.\' by one of the following methods:
- Cheque
- Cash
- Credit Card
- UK postal order
- Demand draft
- Bank transfer

Please allow 5-7 working days for bank transfers to be completed and 7-10 working days for all other payment methods. The college cannot process your application until the funds have cleared.
Fees
All tuition fees must be paid in full (or at least the first year for longer courses) before commencement of the course. In addition to the course fee applicants must pay a registration fee for each course.
If students require optional services such as accommodation arrangement and airport pick up these must be paid for and requested with enough advance notice
